Efecto del ácido indol butírico en el enraizamiento de cormos de plátano (Musa balbisiana colla), variedad Bellaco bajo condiciones de vivero en el Distrito de Echarati, La Convención - Cusco

Abstract

En la presente tesis titulada “Efecto del ácido indol butírico en el enraizamiento de cormos de plátano (Musa balbisiana colla), variedad Bellaco bajo condiciones de vivero en el Distrito de Echarati, La Convención - Cusco”. Se utilizó el diseño completamente al azar con una combinación de 8 tratamientos y 8 repeticiones con total de 64 unidades experimentales; para el análisis de datos, se empleó el análisis de varianza y para las comparaciones de medias se utilizó la prueba de significación de Tukey. Las variables de estudio fueron: el Factor A: BIOECOL-ROOT (a1: 2,50 ml/L a2: 5,00 ml/L a3: 7,50 ml/L, a4: sin BIOECOL - ROOT) Factor B: ROOT-HOR a (b1:2,50ml/L b2: 5,00 ml/L b3: 7,50 ml/L b3: sin ROOT -HOR) con BIOECOL – ROOT. Los resultados mostraron un mayor promedio de longitud de raíces en el T7 y T6 con 40,88 a 38,00 cm. En cuanto al factor B: ROOT - HOR el mayor promedio obtenido en longitud de raíces T3 y T2 con 30,83 y 28,20 cm, para el número de raíces para el factor A: BIOECOL-ROOT el mayor promedio se generó el T7 y T6 con 4,00 a 3,75 raíces el factor B: ROOT-HOR el mayor promedio se obtuvo T3 y T2 con 4,00 a 4,00 cm raíces en cuanto grosor del tallo el factor A: BIOECOL-ROOT el mayor promedio obtuvo el T7 y T6 con 21,17 y 20,16 cm el factor B: ROOT-HOR el mayor promedio obtuvo el T3 y T5 con 18,40 y 17,90 cm; en cuanto al tamaño de la hoja el factor A: BIOECOL-ROOT; el mayor promedio obtuvo el T7 y T6 con 28,09 y 27,86 cm el factor B: ROOT-HOR el mayor promedio obtuvo el T3 y T2 con 24,51 y 22,13 cm.
